I would expect when the said person handed back the Diamonds they where checked by an official of the Bank before returning them to the Bank Valt.

The only other thing I can think of is if Vast do not get the Diamonds in the next six weeks Vast will have no alterative but to raise the money with an enormous placing. I can not see another Bank lending them money to pay of a dept that they can not pay

Rather naive my backside. If you went to the Bank of England with a court order saying you owned the Diamonds and you hade identification who you were they would have to let you look in your deposit box to make sure the Diamonds where there. Mind you if the Bank had sold them then I suppose they wouls stall you for awhile till they worked out what they should do.Something stinks to me with no news at all on the Diamonds or the Loans.

This goes for everyone with Vast shares. If you owned over £10 million quids worth of Diamonds in a Bank and they where removed by another person,would you not check that thay where still all there when they where returned by said person. I know I would, why has AP not RNS the fact that he as checked the parcel that belongs to Vast and the Diamonds are intact and safe,what his he hiding it is duty to inform the Market one way or another. Also why no news on the loans that have gone over there sell by date by a month.

Not once as AP said he has seen the Diamonds after the courts found in Vast's favour. You would think with the Diamonds worth a few million they would want to check they are where they should be.Why as AP not said anything about viewing the Diamonds, maybe because he has not seen them in person. He should stop all this speculation by coming clean on whether he has seen them or not.

Is doing his best to try to recover the Diamonds. Why people have a go at him is stupidity in it's lowest form.Look at all of the info on X . Look at the pictures and text in what as been achieved over the years.Some people are never satisfied.

Two months he spent in Zimbabwe to try and recover the Diamonds he will not give up trying they are Vast property.
