Definitely worth going back and listening to Geoffrey's interview on Share Talk from just after their IPO. This £5M acquisition is just the tip of the iceberg if you believe what he saying about making up to £100M worth of acquisitions back in April. http://www.share-talk.com/share-news/geoffrey-dart-chairman-of-dukemount-capital-plc-londke-interview/
lets face it they were never going to raise £6M and their reputation is now in tatters unless the next RNS goes some way to providing clarity
this looks awful news for shareholders... absolute joke
Time will tell. Geoffrey said on the Share Talk podcast he expects to announce something Institution-related within 3 months if memory serves me correct.
Promises of dividends are one thing... if they actually get anywhere near £100M of acquisitions/assets without dipping into SH's pockets this 'could' be well worth a punt at current £1.5M mcap.
nice interview with IG: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dw2hYYXhaqM Have noted Share Talk also picked up on this too.

He didn't sound biased at all Korg. If anyone here has an agenda it's you, and we all know it...
Yep sounds ok to me. Nowhere near as bad as all the doom mongering from yesterday. I guess a lot of people seemed to get drawn on the Q3 production thing which isn't happening now so either leave them in the sock drawer or try and get back in later at a lower SP (not that it is guaranteed to drop?... depends on if another placing happens between now and production).
Tomorrow's podcast will be interesting on LSE Share Talk. I expect Greg to be transparent about why there is no production as yet. If he isn't then that will tell you all you need to know. Some have mentioned earlier today that doing a podcast is a kiss of death. I don't agree necessarily but either way it should give you as an investor more information to make an informed choice on your investment decision. For me, NMG is a long term hold (for gold!) so those of you that listened to the incessant twitter ramps from the recent buyers should realise that Q3 production now looks highly unlikely. I still have faith, but I may hold off a bit longer until I purchase any more here.
on the plus side... the SP held up... and that isn't a bad sign. Expecting a drop down to 0.14 on open though (at best).
Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm fairly sure directors are not allowed options or to buy shares in a closed period i.e. when news is imminent. Today's RNS says to me that news is therefore not imminent and we are being skanked somewhat... Look forward to seeing if Greg has an explanation, hopefully by means of a positive RNS and not a smoke n mirrors podcast.
Strong finish. Similar for KRS too. Good times to be in gold chaps.
Praise the Lord for NMG! It was about time this ticked back up. Especially after nice RNS yesterday. Gold will be doing well over the short and medium term IMO - possibly stating the obvious!
Interesting times ahead. Where is vxrandall to lighten the mood? lol
you call that a big sell?...
Thanks for the links Ant
Have a good weekend too. Have been following your posts (and others) for a while now. Would be interested to hear your thoughts on ARS and BKY if you are willing to share next week?
