I understand about everybody starting to wonder with frr and I still feel that they could just send out a message saying that they are trying to get back to normal business and when court case is over they will RNs shareholders with how company will move forward , this is not giving anything away but not anything so far from bod which is disgusting , we should give frr a time limit to let us know what's happening and if still nothing take FRR to court or through FCA anyone agree ?

Business overview
The Board is pleased to announce that the Group has reached profitability at both EBITDA and Profit after tax for the first time, with considerable year on year improvement in financial performance, beating market expectations comfortably.
The results include the beneficial profit impact of £117,000 resulting from the adoption of IFRS15, which is analysed in note 4. The impact of this is additional revenue of £317,000 and costs of £200,000 which are consequentially recognised in profit or loss for the year ended 31 March 2019.
Significant projects for HP (Hewlett Packard), Lululemon Athletica, Ford Motor Company, Mitsubishi Motors, Opel, and Tiffany & Co. as well as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development have complemented ongoing contracts with long term clients such as Ted Baker, Diesel, Kuoni and Hyundai. During the year the Group has also successfully completed projects in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia (including China), the Americas and Australasia making the Group a global provider of audio-visual solutions for our client base.
MediaZest International Limited turned over £3,303,000, generating EBITDA of £434,000 and a Profit after Tax of £350,000. It has annual ongoing recurring contractual revenues in excess of £700,000, a number of which are multi-year deals.
The first six months of the Financial Year 2019 were particularly pleasing as activity in the retail sector provided opportunities for growth and new client acquisition, in line with the Group’s strategy. The second half of the financial year, however, was markedly more difficult. This was due, in part, to the deterioration in macroeconomic trading conditions that has been evident since November 2018 as a consequence, initially, of uncertainty surrounding Brexit and then latterly, an overall slowdown in the sector as a whole.
In light of these circumstances, the achievement in reaching profitability this year has been particularly encouraging although the Board recognises that there is much work still to be done.
Markets Served and Project Highlights
The Group services, primarily, the Retail sector, particularly the Automotive, Fashion, Electronic goods and Financial Services sectors. In addition, it also provides audio visual solutions for the Corporate and Education markets.

has anyone received their FRR share certificate from interactive investor yet ? im still waiting for it ? about 2 months so far ?
does anyone know where FRR AGM is ? and when ? alot of questions can be asked there , does anyone know where the FRR AGM is ? and when ? and is anyone going to it ?
thought august was supposed to be a month when lots of news as the court case was supposed to be in court this month so i read in july ?
A good place to ask the many thousands of questions to FRR is at the AGM so when is it and where ?

Serious question , what happens if FRR bod string it out delisted till after end of lease which I think is 2023 ?
just a thought and i might be completely wrong but think our lease in georgia runs till 2023 , if there has been scrupulous things done by BOD , then would they string us along till the lease runs out and then take the money for oil sales and gas etc ? anyone know when the AGM is and where yet ? as lots of questions could be put to the BOD then
SOS alot of companies dont relist and then they can keep all the funds , they do this by first the company broker resigning then they can delist , does it sound familiar ? as shareholders we should be able to push through a motion at the company AGM to reinstate one , after all they are spending all this money on court fees yes ? once one is reinstated the shares will be relisted and if we want we can sell the shares , think it costs 100,000 pounds a year to be listed on AIM which FRR should be able to comfortably afford with all the oil and gas they are raking in and also the court fees they are paying , lets get that motion started and put it forward for the company AGM for a vote by us shareholders anyone for it ?
There is no point in hope sueing FRR for shares if FRR are not relisting yes ?
Viva las Vegas if hope is pushing for compensation in shares then he must know FRR are looking to relist or he would have worthless shares
Just wanted to know if anyone out there has an INTERACTIVE INVESTOR account and has received their FRR share certificate either in their account or at their home address ? i have an interactive investor account and was told about a week ago i would be receiving my FRR share certificate but not received it yet , interactive investor said they would put the share certificate into my name and send it out to me but so far not received it and i did not have time to contact them this week , i am closing my account there and opening with another broker so i need it as soon as i can and will probably have to keep it at home until FRR relist then send it in to the new broker , much appreciated any answers thanks
Does anyone know when the next court case date is ? and if we win that are we finished with court ?
Was told by broker that i get my share certificate within 14 days , but makes you wonder if FRR are just trying to take the heat off themselves , as we would still need to relist if we wanted to sell FRR shares and still no contact from FRR ??? people say they could have just said a note to say they would be in touch after the court case but they have not even done that , i still dont know where we are concerning the court case ??? and even if FRR win the case why would they relist ?? as they are getting all our money from oil and gas now , we could give FRR a deadline to relist say end of july 2020 if no relist by then then we all chip in to take FRR to court for something more sinister happening to all our investment , whats everyone think of a deadline ? and what stage is the court case at ?
sorry i meant to sa\y deadline date of 31st july 2020
