Goit i hear what your saying but pressure needs to be put on FRR or they can take as long as they want , thats why i said 31st july 2019 , dont forget even if FRR win the court case they dont have to relist so putting pressure on them by a recent deadline day is a good move yes ?
As i said before on my original post we were getting near to company results and good news as new contracts signed up therefore earnings up and AS i stated CORRECTLY the share price finished up 5% today and also company results out end of july so SP should go even more up , good times to look forward to , the trading of the shares also in my opinion looks like someone is buying up as many shares as they can at this low price so possibility of take over is getting nearer , hold onto your lottery ticket guys and girls LOL
just a thought but some shareholders might agree that if we all chipped in and gave FRR a deadline of either the court case been over and clarity on relisting or relisting FRR by end of july 2020 or shareholders will take FRR to court for misleading , no news on whats happening and perhaps something more sinister has happened and share holders been fleeced , after all 31st july 2020 has then given FRR 1 and half years to update us on something , finish the court case or relist FRR , i think 1 and half years to do this has been long enough and is fair , we could get a court claim in either with the the organisation that was recording how many each shareholder had in shares when FRR delisted and it was asking for our details and how many shares we had and kept a record you might recall (sorry i forgot the name of it but some on here would remember ) or a private court claim through the court for our money back , whats peoples thoughts on a deadline and court proceedings after the deadline ? as i have shares in another company that delisted 10 years ago and has never relisted and is still delisted and running as a private company and making good money but i have worthless shares in it and cannot sell them maybe the same will happen with FRR , whats your thoughts on a deadline 31st july 2030 at least zaza and rest of directors will know we are serious and have power to do something ?

A James cheers for advise i already looked at H & L and wish i had FRR shares in there before they delisted as i could have kept them in there free of charge even if i was not share dealing , but the problem now is that cannot transfer delisted shares that cant get a share certificate for as in FRR case so they are stuck in ii.co.uk paying 9 pounds a month for the privalidge thats why its urgent that FRR get moving and relist or even give us shareholders some info about it , be good if someone reports FRR for delisting and thgen not even 1 message to shareholders that looks so suspicious to me
Frr should be getting money coming in from the sale of oil and possibly gas every month this will pay for loan notes and also any court fees , but the thing that worries me is no correspondance with shareholders ? even to say shareholders will be notified whats happening once the court case and other confidential things are sorted ?? i am hoping everything works out and FRR relist its costing me 9 pounds a month just to keep delisted shares in my account without knowing if they are going to relist , and i dont think it would be out of the question to report frr to FCA or other authorities to say , for a company to go delist and then go silent and not inform shareholders of what is happening and the alleged director going against the company sounds suspicious and needs investegating by FCA or authorities , i dont know if anyone out there has reported this yet ?
Anyone been able to get a share certificate for FRR as they dont pay crest and so cannot get a crest certificate , i been told by my broker that to withdraw the FRR shares from my account it will need to be in certificate form , i am being charged 27 pounds every 3 months FRR shares are held with my broker in the portfolio account as the account is charged at 9 pounds per month so wondered if anyone has been able to get a certificate for FRR , if yellow jersey is supposed to speak to FRR you would think he would be able to get FRR to do this , they are spending enough on court fees but for some reason cannot pay crest for thousands of investors in FRR shares like me ??? if there was a certificate i could withdraw the shares in certificate form and close my broker account

Does anyone know what stage FRR are at in the court case ? thought we were going to find out a week ago ? and why is there no info from FRR surely it is not much to ask , they dont even have to talk about the court case just what they are going to do
Sorry for the late question but in plain english not solicitor jargon , what the f.ck does this mean ?
