Earlier in the week you mentioned that the sp would need to hold above 28.42 for a potential golden cross, it has held well above that target so does that mean the golden cross has formed and if so what could that mean for the sp

$1billion mcap is approx 750p SP x 25 from today’s price

Previously Craig has said that Ondo will be a $1 billion company

One of the conditions of the offer is that the accounts are released by 31 October, so shareholders have the full picture before the vote

Not happy with 30p but even if the takeover is approved we still won’t get our money until q2 2026

Disappointing drop in the SP given the positive update today.

Maybe ONDO should consider listing in the US. Most of the income will be coming from the US, it would give US investors a chance to participate and should result in a higher valuation.

They overstated the profits in their projects division, not the whole company

The accounts are having to be restated which is taking months

They brought in Deloittes to review the situation

The sp dropped from £1+ to 18p

They are under investigation by the fca

The shares have been suspended for the last few months

This may be different but be careful!

The BOD need to appoint an interim CFO asap, there is a lot of uncertainty about the financial position and they need to start to restore confidence. The CEO buying a few shares does not cut it.
