Agreed, something needs to be done to boost confidence, maybe a business update with some forward looking statements or a stock box interview.

The person who bought 200,000 shares yesterday after hours is clearly confident at this SP and should give Monday trading a good start.

The directors and institutions invested £2.3m at 25p only a few weeks ago. They know the business better than us!

20p should be a strong support but we do need some good news to move back up to 25 and beyond.

Maybe Craig can wind up the PR machine.

The majority of ONDOs future earnings will come from the US so they may as well list there, the US will value them x10 compared to the undervalued UK small caps market.

It would make a lot of sense for Nationwide to acquire ONDO:

They clearly support the product and business model and are enjoying the ROI on the customers that have leakbots installed.

They have a budget of $1.5b to invest on developing their business and could buy ONDO for a fraction of that, particularly at todays level.

They could focus the rollout on Nationwide customers which would increase their competitive advantage and they may decide not to work with any additional insurance partners and keep Leakbot exclusively for their customers, increasing their competitive advantage even further.

Nationwide are progressive thinkers and have deep pockets.

Maybe Craig has a good news RNS before Christmas

They explained in the investor Q and A that the prepayment model makes the cash flow very uneven and a large payment was paid after the H1 end which makes the cash look worse in H1 but will obviously benefit H2.

Craig has demonstrated that cost control is important and they are carefully managing the plumber recruitment and rollout. It is not out of control.

Agree completely upthemost.

The potential for growth in the US is huge and they are already becoming the market leader and default provider.

Will continue to add at these levels. 20p will look very cheap as things pick up in the new year.

Good sign that directors and institutions are confident enough to invest further in ONDO. Obviously they will have more info than us and should be better placed to judge the growth prospects.

The SP drop is a massive overreaction due to the surprise that there was a raise. As you say the dilution is small but it could have been communicated better.

As a LTH I still have faith in Craig and the team and on reflection Ondo is in a better place than at the start of the week!

Craig specifically mentioned in the meeting that the retail subscription was to give retail investors the opportunity as they have complained in the past about not being involved.

They will not be relying on the £0.2m as the other placing was fully subscribed.

The recent SP dip may give a US insurer or Whiskerlabs the opportunity to pick up ONDO on the cheap

The placing announcement was a shock in particular as Craig repeatedly stated that it was not necessary. However after hearing the rationale in the meeting I believe the case for growth is still intact and maybe stronger.

Despite being annoyed with the way this has been handled I topped up again today.

A new account opened 2 weeks ago, 39 posts all on Ondo, mainly negative with no added value.

Not sure of their motivation but suspect we won’t hear from them after the results on Wednesday.
