Why would a 28 billion dollar CRO struggle to run £40,000 to £80,000 TCR studies?

Is it lack of expertise, regulatory issues or perhaps a conflict of interest?

A simple Google search reveals several companies that do TCR work.

If its such a critical part of the process, then surely "bandwith or willingness" can't be factors?

If Tim withheld information, whilst waiting for clarification, he could be breaching the rules. I'm certain NOMAD would have advised him in this respect.

I do agree it's disappointing we don't know the actual reason yet, but the RNS states;

"Sareum and its advisors are seeking additional clarification from the MHRA and will provide an update on next steps for resubmission as soon as possible".

I certainly won't be slinging mud at the Board for following stockmarket rules.

Sareum are legally obliged to report information which could have an impact on their share price, in a timely fashion.

1. MHRA notify Sareum of a non clinical issue with the CTA
2. Tim reports it to the market.

Sareum have clarified the situation with all the information they've got available, it's in the RNS.

You can't wholly blame the board for the failed application, quote;

"generated in collaboration with world-leading, internationally recognised CROs"

Maybe a sub contractor has messed up the paperwork.

Not something to wet the bed about.

Sareum have already stated they;

"will provide an update on the next steps for re-submission soon as possible".

Were you expecting that to happen overnight?
