WOS - you seem to set a great deal of store by what MB says when many of his previous utterings have proved to be completely wrong! Of course he isn't going to elucidate all the possible downsides to the business - that's left to others!

And I don't really understand why Petrochina would be happy to help bring PM's oil to market in competition with their own product. Seems odd.

Anyway whether he said it or not, no one person can guarantee that such a project will be delivered on time - invariably there are overruns. And it doesn't really matter WRT MATD. Either they get Heron producing with oil to sell abroad or they wait for the refinery to come on stream. My guess would be the latter - but it's just a guess.

Sounds a bit like MB's "LP in 3 months" promise!

MB says a lot of stuff - not all of it turns out to be correct.

Interview is just words, LP is a piece of paper, RNS is a piece of paper, V drill is a 20% gamble. SHOW US THE OIL!

You can RNS until the cows come home but until Heron oil starts hitting the market this share is stalled.
