I have said that I think the LP will be coming & I want to see a good result for investors but you gotto look at the downsides to temper you enthusiasm. (PS Doc83 is my dad - don't tell anyone!)

I don't understand why the enthusiasm suddenly switched from "LP imminent" to "Velo spud" will see a big rise in the SP. Always seems like "jam tomorrow".

If the GoM want to be assured of a dedicated supply of crude for their refinery they may wait to see if the V drill(s) strike oil before allowing PM to sell Heron oil abroad. So the LP may not arrive anytime soon.

The RNS bloke is MB & he probably only does work one day a month!

I think some of you guys are getting a bit ahead of the game. Any production from Heron is likely to be quite low for starters until more wells a drilled & even IF the drilling of new fields yields worthwhile finds they surely won't come into production before the refinery is up and running.
