They could drag it out until Xmas. Those predicting production in 3 - 4 weeks were being wildly optimistic IMV. (Unless they meant to say 34 weeks!)

If I was the Chinese & I was PM's ONLY possible customer I wouldn't want to be buying their oil at the full world price. Mongolia is land-locked, they can't ship it anywhere else.
