i am not reading anything in it. i know he sells for "tax reasons" But honestly, if you where new here would you know? Its irresponsible as "!"#%&"! We dont need more negative momentum.
"Can anyone help me understand the Heritage relationship? Why would we offer them a 20% full carry on this new block? What do they bring to the party? Why would we not go it alone on this block?
Thanks

Heritage pays all costs AFTER exploration, piping facilities and hookups. And secures that all found is sold.
Many who bought pre coho are sitting on 10 baggers, soon could be 40-60 baggers. Half of that statement is a fact they actually have taken to the bank.
"In 2022 the main industrial investments of North Energy have been shares in Reach Subsea ASA (“REACH”) and Wind Catching Systems AS (“WCS”). The main financial investment has been shares in Touchstone Exploration Inc (“TXP”). In addition, the Company has taken steps to optimize excess liquidity by the establishment of a new multicurrency credit facility with DNB where the Company uses listed financial investments as collateral and placed excess cash in NOK denominated investment grade bonds. This gives the Company more flexibility when it comes to liquidity management. "
Looks like we can carefully hope for a double whammy due spring... caskadura online and results for the sidetrack. Unlike coho caskadura IS important, not only for building trust lost, but also guaranteed cash for the now ongoing drilling programme.
Caskadura is the first phase in "more out than in" and can be a guide for upcoming dividends. Personally i dont think caskadura alone makes us the big dividendcompany BUT it sure shows how much upside we are going to have. If royston is a hit, and a few more holes at caskadura we can easily see todays marcetcap in dividends by 2025. The shareprice now laughable at least.
