SB,
As it was the first live feed production, there would have been a need to not overstretch the system. No doubt there is a great deal of analysis being done on feed numbers, bandwidth resources, etc. That will be one of the reasons it is not worldwide all at once. You would not drive at 180mph if you were learning to drive, even though the car is capable of that speed. MVR will have done a risk analysis and delivered Wireless in a manner that proves the concept but did not compromises their reputation. Be patient and you will be rewarded.

My son who initially said the idea of watching a concert remotely was rubbish, watched Wireless today on my OculusGo. Loved it and gave it a 8 out of 10 for future events. Nuff said.
Just kick-starting a discussion?
Infinity Energy S.A.
("Infinity" or the "Company")
Result of General Meeting
Following the Company's announcement of 18th March 2019, Infinity is pleased to announce
that both of the proposed resolutions (the “Resolutions”) were duly passed at the Company's
General Meeting held at 13:00 (BST) yesterday (25th April 2019). The Resolutions and their
voting results were as follows:
1. Resolution that the proposed acquisition by the Company of 26 per cent. of the issued
share capital of Transgas Limited from the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Gerwyn
Williams on the terms and subject to the conditions described in the Circular to
Shareholders of the Company dated the date set out below [21st March 2019] (and
subject to any minor variations agreed by the Independent Directors of the Company)
("the Acquisition") be and is hereby approved.
2. Resolution that the proposed waiver of the requirement for Gerwyn Williams to make a
general offer to the Shareholders of the Company to acquire the balance of the equity
share capital of the Company pursuant to Rule 9 of the UK Takeover Code following
completion of the Acquisition be and is hereby approved.
Resolution Votes For* % Votes Against % Total Votes
Resolution 1 389,527,294 100 0 0 389,527,294
Resolution 2 381,795,963 98.02 7,731,331 1.98 389,527,294
*Includes discretionary votes.
Due to his conflict of interest in the Acquisition, Gerwyn Williams, Infinity’s Chief Executive
Officer formally declared his interest in the Acquisition as the sole shareholder and sole
Director of the Acquisition target, Transgas Limited, in an Infinity Board Meeting held at 12:35
(BST) yesterday (25th April 2019) (prior to the General Meeting). Gerwyn Williams could not
and did not vote on any of the resolutions at that Board Meeting or the subsequent General
Meeting of the Shareholders.
Terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings set out in the Circular
dispatched to shareholders on 21st March 2019

It will be something like this https://vr.google.com/cardboard/get-cardboard/
Run the app on your phone, pop the phone into the headset, stick headset on face and viola, enjoy the music.:-)
If MVR have any sense they will sell them as loss leaders to get the App and Service into the market with minimal resistance.
All IMHO :-)

Fooked unfortunately.
CNA is still shedding jobs, cutting costs and the SP is still dropping.
I am sure CONN will spent his extra 40% wisely though.

Nothing else to add....waiting, waiting, bored. If you were hoping for some insightful, progressive, game changing, wallet filling investment enlightenment...nothing doing, nothing to see here, ...bored, bored, bored....
There, that's better....roll on Beer o'clock.
Sarnie, wise words. As usual the market has massively over reacted. Fundamentals remain strong.

I guess no egg for Chris (or us !)
We had a holding in the WorksLtd also at some point.

Have a great Easter weekend and perhaps like the good lord Mr Ackers will rise again with a quick line of news after eating his chocolate egg. :-(
It could be a play from the boys at the top clearly.Following a backroom conversation with BP, Conn agreed to make CNA ripe for a takeover at just under £1, and yes you are correct they will have hedged their bets on a share price no-one could have reasonably foreseen or expected. (All conjecture and musings of course as I am sure that sort of thing never goes on) Fake news..Fake News..No collusion :-)
Unfortunately I fear it may be. I've been here since it was Hot Tuna (believe it or not), seen some massive opportunities come and go, but Chris doesn't even bother to respond now on Concha enquiries.
jmsf1,
Your thoughts are a welcome raft floating in a sea of uncertainty & doubt.
Thanks

Nice find.
We could all probably do more as investors across social media, and I include myself in that, rather than moaning here. Be agile, proactive, have pace and ambition, think positive and good thinks will happen
