Then through the placing on 24/Aug/22 another 714,000 @ 8.2P (15% discount at that time )

1,589,303 shares at 4.8p would have put a smile on my face.

Some of us unfortunately have been paying the going rate over the last few years trying to support the SP and the company.

Where have all these new posters suddenly come from, giving us their" knowledgeable" insights and words of wisdom ?

Been a member of this board since January and been invested allegedly for 4 years and yet you seem to have no grasp of how this deal will transform GGP in the long term.

Like many other LTH's I feel shafted by this offer, we have born the very high risk and turmoil of being invested in GGP for years and the misery of watching it slowly drip down from it's 37p High.

I am currently looking at a £37,000 loss on my £60,000 investment not a nice feeling .Probably like others I kept averaging down and are now overexposed in GGP and am not willing or indeed able to buy these cheap shares.

The share offers mean the Shorters are given a safe comfortable exit unless they are very stupid and greedy.

Shaun and the other directors can buy shares on the cheap as can new investors.

The plus side is It gives the company the funding and financial stability to transform into a producer and generate income at last .

So not going anywhere, will just have to sit around and play the waiting game for a bit longer.

Interesting and potentially highly profitable for us shareholders times coming up.

The icing on the cake is thinking of those scumbag shorters sat there helpless for once not able to control things.

I take it Ace you might be referring to my previous post on this subject. I took this statement from Shaun to mean a dual listing whereas a cross listing could also apply.

The comment that came to my mind was from the townhall meet in March this year when Shaun said in the Q & A session

"- and just to be clear we value and celebrate what we have here in London so when we speak about or we get a question about ASX it should be very clearly understood that we would remain listed here in London it would be about augmenting that with an ASX listing."

If I have got it wrong I apologise, but I am certainly NOT WRONG with the no delisting i mentioned which was specifically aimed at the Fudsters agenda.

Very clever bit of scaremongering towards HL clients (the vast majority of PI's probably) with the "delisting" FUD.

Last I remember Shaun speaking on an ASX listing it was going to be a Dual listing when the time is right.

FFS, just for a change the SP seems to be going in an upward direction which one would assume would mean lots of positivity on here and a happier BB.

Quite right to, all these Fudsters deliberately perpetuating negative headers by saturating the board day in, day out.

Obvious their aim is trying to drive sensible long term and informative posters off the board which leaves the coast clear to post up their negativity and have it go unchallenged .

At this price thought i would buy in at 519p, can only see a positive upturn moving forward. Had a few thousand in 2016 at an average of 237p and sold at a small profit to buy something more speculative.

Hindsight would have been a wonderful thing.
