There is only one fact worth mentioning in that rns and it's there is a delay and that's a fact. If you read the RNS there is only one fact presented and that's a delay to the project. The rest is a play on words and the usual words these companies give shareholders. The word potential is used because it's not a cemented saving, it's a potential and it's a nothing statement which was released to accompany the bad news of the delay. The word potential means only a chance not a fact. The only fact in todays statement was there will be a delay on the project. The market will not like that and it will be reflected in the share price. I think we will see a mutiny today.

first news is here but it's not the good news you lot promised. Whilst to date the Project has been progressing on schedule, a landslide is currently restricting the delivery of components to the Project site by turbine supplier Vestas. Consequently Vestas has elected to delay the delivery until the preferred route is cleared by the authorities as the alternative route would have incurred additional transportation costs. Clearing the preferred route could take 3 to 4 weeks and Vestas is aware that it could be held liable for liquidated damages due to the delay. Whilst turbine erection will be slightly delayed as a result, it is possible that some time will be recovered during commissioning, particularly as this process will now not experience interruption due to the festive season holidays.

Same here, I can't belive I need to clarify. I have asked the question but you seem to still imply it means something different. The £300k is for the collection of data (wind speeds) for the DD. Not as a loan till santander buy in that is completely inccorect and a very misleading statement. Rame needed a loan to be able to carry out the DD Santander will only buy in if the DD meets the cirteria that they set out. There is no guaruntee that santander will buy in so therefore the loan is as it was intended for to help pay for the DD. If santander don't buy in then there will be major problems as the cash from the loan will have been exhausted. you want me to post links to all the posts from the 26th of november? just click back 37 pages and you can see them all and where they start from what was said and who said it. you said I happen to feel that buying some say below IPO price is pretty good for initially stake..and only add as and when news comes. They need cash and if you look at the interest rate on the loan it's clear that the only way to get funding is by a placing so who would want to take any at todays prices knowing that they will lose money right away due to the company needing cash and having to seek a placing. it does not make sense for anyone to buy at these lofty prices. The ipo price means nothing other than that it was clearly over inflated. my whole argument has been there was hundereds of posts saying this is the bottom, seller gone nows a great time to get in and nobody mentioned the money. Now that it's clear we agree that rame need money why would anyone buy this until the company clarify the finances and the extent of what they need. These projects are all very long term when you consider the level of debt here so even if they start making money the level of debt still weighs heavy. I just don't see where any value is to be had untill the placing is done and we see whatt what price it's offered.

For clarity, go back 36 pages and take a look on how this exploded in to a posting frezny for all the boys. Incidently that was the night you tipped it. you gave sfu the credit for finding it though, strange. For anyone who's looking in if you click back through the last 36 pages to the 26th of November don't expect to see a single mention on the fact the company had to borrow £300k after already doing a placing. Nobody mentions it, nobody appears to care they don't appear to have any cash, strange. Nobody questions the wonga like interest rates on the loan or the need for working capital.

I have no issue with sfu either. I have no issue with you. I have issue with asking about the financial situation and get blocked and posts removed. There was no posts here for ages. Then elias gave the announcement that he had a new tip. Then he posted it a few days later and the boys were all here with 300 posts in two days. Thats what happened and for what ever reason it was all a bit obvious. At the end of the day good luck to the guys here but if someone asks a few questions about the finances it seems your not allowed in the group your not welcome. You need to talk about elias brilliant writting and how exciting it is that he's done another article on rame. I have aprarently been filtered for asking very relevant questions and mentioning the fact that the guy who tipped this ignored vital cash warning signas and failed to mention anything on the financial front when writing his promo peices on rame. I got blocked on twitter and posts removed from here which were only asking what the cash position was. Something is clearly not right. Nobody agree to a £300k loan with huge interest rate and penalties nless they are SKINT. The penalties are not because the loan is short term like Kaching stated it's because of the risk involved in loaing the money.

Do yout think theres a reason why it has'nt got going? Do you have any thoughts on the cash position here? I think the cash position is very weak and will need a placing and that's not based on hot air it's based on the fact they had to borrow £300k at wonga interest rates. Now since the get rich quick guys have come on board they have allowed a desperate seller to go the other way which I fund amusing considering what was going on. Also What's the debt level ?

Gents, the huge dumps will continue right up till news because somone must know exactly what's coming here and it's not what you all seem to think. I already tried explaining the situation with regards to cash but that topic seems to get swerved like it's not important. It's clear the seller wants out and out asap. Until clarification on the finances are released I don't envisage any interest here at this level. A placing looks inevitable and soon plus the chances are it will be at a discount due to market conditions.

I think you may be over complicating it. The santander investment is for and up to 80% of $69 million rame pays 20% so up to $14 mill is what rame would be liable for depending on how deep Santander decide to invest. Do rame have that money in place ? no, so they need to find it, yes. They can use loans but looking at the crazy interest rate of the bridging loan that will not happen. So, a placing is the only option imo. It's not any more complicated than that, the cash position is obviously close to £0 one the DD has been completed and looking beyond December 31st is not advisable considering that the cash position and the DD has been completed as specified and agreed to be satisfactory. These are the two important facts and milestones that need to be achieved before you can look at what they "might" achieve revenues wise because they might not achieve nothing without DD agreement and further funding in place by the 31st of December.
