….a bid did materialise in the next couple of months the SP will rocket 🚀 past the previous ‘high’ of 117 pence! Probably straight to 150 pence IMO.

Keep buying.

Based on the known Shorters their overall position has increased, so the SP has increased due to buyers. THG looks to have steadied the sinking boat. Sentiment has changed, inflation is dropping in Europe and prospects are looking good. 33% rise in SP in a month! Pretty good for starters. I managed to buy some more after the initial rise to 81 pence after the drop at 79.36 pence but average still under 70 pence.

I’ll take £2 anytime in the next 3 months but the longer the SP continues to rise the more likely £2.5 - £3 a share would be a reality.

They state in stock but try buying a tub and they turn to out of stock!

Apollo cannot bid for another 5 months except if another bidder emerged or other circumstances and would not over pay either.

More likely a MBO is being pushed for or another PE bidder.

I nearly sold a chunk of shares at 74 pence yesterday and decided to wait for the update. Phew!

Open at 80 pence and see where the share price ends. Will get sellers over 85 pence.

If you look at the terms after the US private equity firm Thoma Bravo walked away from a potential takeover of Darktrace the conditions set are the same. THEY ARE GENERALLY USED!
