Will they do that in India where they have even less? Doubtful... yes its a prized asset - but they will make more in taxes etc from OEX than they would developing it themselves with money they don't have. IMO.

results actually not as bad as some expected and interested parties. Could be a fun day there - will shorters close? Will it hit 20p? What will the offers be? Etc Etc...

The Company confirms that, at the time of this announcement, it is in discussions with a number of strategic operators about a potential sale of the Company

The Board is also exploring a possible move to an LSE Standard listing, from the current Premium listing. This would have the benefit of allowing the Company greater flexibility when considering divestments, particularly to recycle cash, as the current low market capitalisation places restraints and complexity on such disposals for companies with a Premium listing. If the Board determines that such a move would be in the interests of the Company and shareholders, the Board will write to all shareholders and convene a general meeting to approve this move.

look - if bad news had leaked you wouldn't be able to sell... and can still sell the lot above bid. Just shaking a few out.

Problem is... people listen to them still... and panic sell. Some probably got "spiked" today and sold low in a panic. Yes hindsight is great and could have sold to buy back but never mind... undervalued even more now imo.

They were there at 0.42 as well and got it down to 0.35 briefly. Same here at 0.6 imo

Its possible... but the court knew about the holiday before they set the date (did they do it on purpose perhaps? Hmmmmm conspiracy theory there... do they WANT OEX to have the asset?)...

IF (and only IF) there is a delay - yes the MMs would drop it to 0.4 area imo...

That's the risk that's the "game"...

News isn't tomorrow. Well it could be if payment arrives I guess... but if not news will be Thurs stating either:

1) No payment received... OEX can now take control..." or
2) Delay due to holiday to give GSPC a bit more time to find the money"...
3) Payment received OEX get the funds they are owed.
