100k share seller not helping things? Probably a placee that was asleep at 6p. Once cleared should bounce but who knows... falling knife catching not my thing at the moment...

In addition to this share issue, the Board has issued options over 194,000,000 shares to directors and employees of the Company. The options may be exercised at any time until their expiry on 2 November 2022. These options are priced and vest as follows:

(a) 79 million options have an exercise price of 0.42p vesting within 7 days of this announcement;

(b) 60 million options have an exercise price of 0.6p, vesting when the market has achieved this price on a VWAP of 10 days, or at the latest by 31 December 2018;

(c) 55 million options have an exercise price of 0.9p, vesting when the market has achieved this price on a VWAP of 10 days, or at the latest by 30 June 2019.
