Elizabeth Hill Silver Project Overview

Elizabeth Hill, one of Australia's highest-grade silver projects has a proven production history outlined below:

· High grades enable low processing tonnes: 1.2Moz of silver was produced from just 16,830t of ore at a head grade of 2,194g/t (70.5 oz/t Ag)[1]

· Previous mining operation ceased abruptly in 2000 because of low silver prices (US$5/oz)[2] and a dispute between previous joint venture parties

· Simplistic historical processing technique: native silver was recovered via low-cost gravity separation due to high grades and large silver nugget sizing

· Significant untapped potential remains in and around the historic mine site, with limited, outdated drilling and geophysics deployed

· Tier-1 mining jurisdiction - located on a mining lease with processing facilities adjacent at the nearby Radio Hill

Seen it all before in CPX with hundreds of millions of shares being sold at 0.11 and negative agenda setters like yourself LOTM suggesting it was a sign blah blah.

Now 2 months later retail investors are scurrying to pay up to 0.40p over there 3x the price it was not long ago

I expect a similar move here once its ready.

Fund 1 is the one MFAI has the most exposure too at present and the one which GV was in and the one IR is in. Which is fully done in terms of further investment.

If they are indeed about to make the exit then Mindflair is going to recieve money both directly and also through a special dividend going by that.

FYI: As at 31 March 2025, Mindflair plc holds 1,816,790 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 22.86% of the Company's ordinary shares in issue at 31 March 2025.

We expect that in the coming months we will see some additional realisations or liquidity events from the investment portfolio which is expected to generate further cash inflows for the Company.

BZT will have its moment. AFP definitely too give it's 1/3rd of BZT's cap.

I am hearing talks of big partnership announcements looming for the latter.

Great to see it clearing ahead of results.

You know exploration and development companies tend to see massive rises from their respective bottoms in the run up to full mining?

Once EH is being mined WCS will be valued over $1Bil and the Alien holding worth several hundred mil.

No need to offload, as Elizabeth Hill is a 30% free carry requiring no committment from Alien.

The BoD is switching this to a low cost beast, let other development partners proper up these excellent assets to be worth hundreds of millions and potentially billions each whilst retaining a 30-50% in them whilst spending next to no money.

WCS will become a $1b+ company is my feeling and much quicker than many can think.

Hanc0ck is probably already worth $40-60m and that's before its been fully drilled.

When factoring in both together I am targeting 3.00-5.00p a share here.

Yes the the raise is now sufficiently churned. I have always down well in stocks buying below or around the raise price.

WCS will become a $1Bil+ Stock.

Alien needs to do nothing but chill and let them pay for all of it and then hold 30% of a world class asset, which it can sell for $300-500MIL.

I have just upped my target price for UFO from 1.00-2.00p to 3.00-5.00p a share.

I spent this morning really digging into the potential here and got a firmer idea on how enormous it is. So I'm going to double my position today.

Even better for me to get this opportunity to do so ahead of the RNS.

The updated net asset value will include both the fully realised value of SEMNET of around $35m for GST's portion + BAKE.

It will make the present share price and market cap look ridiculous.

Especially with the anticipated revenue growth on top as well.

Wow look at WCS now trading 50% above the raise price at all times highs!!!!
