Imagine if a deal was done, it makes absolutely no sense for a buyer to keep delaying announcing it. Acquisitions / deals happen regularly year in year out.

I can well imagine behind the scenes Amit does want to push out to Q3 (which we all know will become Q4). Then we are at Christmas again 2 years on from him telling everyone they'd get a pay out.
