Bella, "If it's a dud and eventually we get told so and Big Pharma realises this and is shunning all attentps to get a deal then surely DX becomes the go to side of the business."

Even assuming the above and DX was held on to, if we value it at £45m then the sp would be 12p. if it were worth 10m then the SP would be about 5p.

I don't think its that bleak, I just think we are a long way away (several years) and the opportunity may not be as large as we were led to believe.

And (at the moment) it makes cash the real issue as it is not remotely clear how this will be funded going forward. Nasdaq? Ok, but how? when?

The SP struggles just to clear 3m a quarter.....

These are the nuts and bolts of it, and the BoD have not or cannot release the answers for these questions. I am equally sure if they could they would.

The bigger question is would big Pharmas, awash with money and facing patent cliffs, simply stand back and do nothing?

PDC's are cheaper, faster and less complex to develop than ADC's.

For BP's selling or developing ADC's, Avacta's platform is very definitely of interest.

The prize on offer comes complete with all IP.

This situation IMO should lead to a bid after SUCCESSFUL phase 1b trials,

as I can't see them waiting for the end of Phase 2, starting a Piranha feeding frenzy.

Unsure if a possibility exists that the paperwork at Companies house is to separate out Dx from Tx.

A possibility, - but not a probability, is that Both DX companies are sold independently, so separate entities may need to be created.

As a BC specialist, I take it that he regularly has conversations with breast cancer patients / colleagues about breast removal, and the stated goal of better cosmetic results.

I have word searched this document, and it contains the word 'cosmetic' once, and 'removal' not at all.

He doesn't say that AVA6000 could spare many patients from breast removal surgery, but if that becomes an outcome of the use of AVA6000, then the cost savings of not performing that surgery will attract much attention from medical insurers, and of course VERY MUCH happier patients.
