So the first Quarterly Update was dated the last day of the quarter - Monday 31.03.2025

All things being equal - the second Quarterly Update should be published on Monday 30.06.2025 - last day of the second quarter.

We'll see what it contains.

FWIW I believe it won't have a 'a review of upcoming milestones' like the last QU, - but there is always the potential for surprise(s).

The deceit identified in the 16:21 post has not been aired since 14 June.

.....today provides a business update on progress for the first three months of 2025 and a review of upcoming milestones.

Should the Quarterly Update contain 'a review of upcoming milestones' we might expect new items to appear there.

As things stand, - we have a Quarterly Update, containing a business update due on 30th June, with another on 2nd July.

Lets see.

AVA6000 Leads to Concentration of Released Doxorubicin in the Tumour

Low exposure to cleaved doxorubicin in the bloodstream permits for more cycles and longer treatment.

The observed reduction in severe toxicities permits optimisation of the dosing to every two-week regime in the second arm by the lead scientists of the US’s Phase 1 study.

While conventional doxorubicin has marginal efficacy (18% ORR; 6mth PFS) & Rx limitation due to cumulative dose limit (450mg/m2 – 6 cycles maximum), AVA6000 has potential to safely increase Rx duration beyond 6 cycles (18 weeks) by at least x2 to 3 times (12-18 cycles – 36-54 weeks) with increased efficacy.

Due to the significantly improved safety profile of AVA6000 compared with standard doxorubicin which can only be dosed three-weekly, the Group is now running a two-weekly dosing safety study at two sites in the US.

Key data from this study is expected late H1 2024, which along with data from the three-weekly study will allow the company to define the phase 2 dose and finalise the phase 2 design.
