My dental appointment yesterday was cancelled due to the dentist calling in sick with Flu.

I look upon it as dodging a bullet.

Since Michael Vinegrad's demise (mid 2025), Avacta has become a vessel that holds all it's secrets.

12 months is about right I think, however -

bid and counter bid for Avacta's IP may take some time as many have access to the data room.

Not placing the winning bid relegates many other BP to an ADC developing future, with associated costs and long development timescales.

A genuine market disrupting opportunity for Avacta.

A successful partner would know it needs to raise cash for further preCISION trials to proceed.

That also goes for Avacta.

Will a successful partner be prepared to sink much cash into the partnership, if it knows Avacta does not have an option to raise cash on NASDAQ?

I can see the logic of that, but the fact that CC mentions NASDAQ unprompted, caused me to think NASDAQ listing may be a 'must have' for A N Other party.

Other strategic initiatives

The Company continues to explore the possibility of attaining a dual listing on NASDAQ.

Any definitive decision on if or when to dual list on NASDAQ will depend on a range of factors including the Group's clinical data package, SEC approval and wider market conditions.

The Board continues to see a NASDAQ dual listing as a key strategic option for the Company and also continues to explore all available pathways to provide optionality for financing its clinical therapeutics program over the longer term.

The interview threw up the subject of NASDAQ for the first time in many months, and CC mentions it unprompted.

Avacta has begun the 'FAP-Dox (AVA6000) partnering opportunity' period - which continues to mid 2026.

If they are going to give themselves until mid '26 to make a partnering decision, would discussion feedback reveal that many potential partners need Avacta to be dual listed on NASDAQ before partnership announcement.

The cost of a third program, 6207, has emerged since this statement was made, clinical candidate selection H22026.

A. N. Other LSE poster recently stated "Shaun Chilton said over coffee (AGM) that preparatory work all done on NASDAQ but parked."

So two pieces of info there.

1 It's currently parked.

2 Work all done, - so it's ready to go should a decision to list be taken. I don't think it would be a quick thing to do, - too many parts / players.

Cash Runway 'now into the second half of 2026', but H126 includes progressing AVA6000 phase1b, and beginning AVA6103, so cash burn increase probable.

2026 - post 6103 start, Avacta becomes the owner of a true platform hosting both 6000 / 6103, and planning the hosting of 6207.

For me - Q2/3 2026 for NASDAQ is a real possibility, but more likely listing could be paired with news of ph1b / 6103 successes, to give sp a head of steam once dual listed.

However great possibilities of non-NASDAQ sources of funds.
