RE: Our CEO buys £497,348 worth of shares at £8.1712 Nov 2020 08:04
From a piece in the Times 26th May 2020. Payout over 3 years.
"Graham Mullis, the chief executive, was granted 1.1 million shares in November 2017 and Anthony Dyer, the chief financial officer, 376,643 under the so-called phantom long-term incentive plan. The performance shares are worth £3.6 million and £1.2 million, respectively."
Novacyt’s annual report states that the awards will vest on the third anniversary of the date of grant, subject to performance targets. Payment will be made in three equal tranches on the third, fourth and fifth anniversary of the date of grant, although each may be subject to the “company’s ability to make the payment”. In addition to Mr Mullis and Mr Dyer, a handful of employees are understood to have been granted shares, substantially fewer than the directors, under the scheme. Novacyt declined to comment.
