I envisage a formal refusal if there is little room for negotiation by GM.
He will absolutely want to push to get the absolute best deal, seeing he is so heavily invested.
We know the fundamentals, but GM knows the fundamentals, the secrets, the partnerships and all the prospects.
I bet our idea of a fair deal wouldn't interest GM.

What would bother those with a market share to defend is NCYT's speed to market, and fast development of products.
They would probably covet NCYT's close working relationship with Govnt, and hopefully their will be contractual news along those lines soon.

..that the market had already priced in.

Lufthansa shareholders had enough warning the results were going to be bad.

I knew it was twice as transmissible, but not that it was able to evade immune protection from prior infection.

I worked with a manager who smoked Capstan full strength, - 30 a day.
He had a Zapata moustache, - you could almost see the tar build up at the end of the day..
