The what if - is that the 30 day period may expire after the Ph1 contract extension is dead.
That might look like NCYT did not succeed in signing a new contract (or phase2), while all the signs of a new contract are in place, - recruitment continuing apace.
There would be some grumpy people about if that situation occurred.
Somethings definitely up, in UK not abroad, but no contract, MM's playing on sentiment, - you know the rest.

Smallest instrument has 3 test bays, largest has 24 test bays.

Only the smallest is described as a Near Patient instrument.

Web page states that with instrument in use 24 hrs/day, 12 patient samples can be processed per day.

So throughput = between 36 and 288 samples per day, - less than a Q32, (which can be used outside a laboratory).

On balance of probability, I don't think NCYT are trying to outsource warehousing / logistics, I think they may want to retain control.
In UK they offer next day delivery.
They would have a lot to loose with a subcontractor fouling up, (but perhaps are fed up with their own foul ups?)

If the company is increasing sales so fast, it may be that present facilities are now too small, and it may be convenient to
warehouse international sales closer to Heathrow (for instance), but a new facility won't be identified / ready for 3 months.

I am not sure if there have been several adverts / incumbents for this role in the last year, and have decided on contract with a view to a permanent position for a successful contractor.

That said your guess may be right.

PS - I don't see a 3 months contract as being all they need to see NCYT over a spike in orders.

Very likely Promega is the supplier of Covid H-T direct amplification reagents and enzyme solutions.

Now we know why Primerdesign kits keep rolling off the production line without any supply hinderances.

I did consider whether Promega were manufacturing our kits in USA, but so far insufficient info.

That's the way I see it.
SNPsig only used on positive PCR samples, and identifies which known variant is present.
If no known variant identified, on a positive PCR test sample,
by default unknown variant identified, - send for sequencing.

Assay to be known as VariPLEX in future according to RNS.

Surely one of the most likely RNS's we should expect is an acquisition RNS, - it's one of the things the company HAS said it will be doing.
GM created a post on 05.01.2021 - Chief Corporate Development Officer - and appointed Anthony Dyer (with immediate effect), so surely news is due second quarter, if not before.

Or are we stalling, waiting for the cash pile (that mounts considerably every day, seven days a week) to meet the target level for action.

Beginning of 2020: 95% of shareholding traded on Euronext, 5% on UK AIM

September 2020: 70% of shareholding traded on Euronext, 30% on UK AIM.

Therefore in 9 months, AIM trading moved from 5% shareholding to 30% shareholding.

If this trend was linear, and the trend were to continued after September 2020, then by June 2021,

45% of shareholding would be traded on Euronext, and 55% on UK AIM.
