Chief Judge Brendan L. Shannon United States Bankruptcy Court in the district of Delaware will be in charge of our case. Not sure when the hearing is as of yet.
Are you telling me I need to make an allowance for village idiots, trolls and kn*b heads? :o)
Thank you. I will put you down on the list.
Congratulations, you are on the list. :o)
I am still waiting to hear back from Stockdale Securities (NOMAD) and SSG Advisers LLC who both have a responsibility towards their client Nighthawk Energy PLC. We also need to know which Judge will be looking after our case then we can get a handle on him/ her and make them aware of our concerns. If I wake up with a horses head in my bed then I know we are pushing the right buttons!
I know there are others who are in touch with Mr Claesson. If I can get the 5% required I will let him know what we are up to.
Thank you.
Excellent. Thank you. Another step forward.
$2,000,000 a month that is. :o)
Guys, just to let you know we now have nearly 2% of all Hawk shares pledged to the action group. The magic figure for an EGM is 5%. I have also fired off emails to Rick, SSG and the NOMAD asking them what are they doing about the situation with Hawk and why the heck a company making nearly $2,000,000 can't get it's finances sorted. We need more shares to be pledged though if we have any chance of seeing our money again. You can contact me through: hawkishhawkers@gmail.com Regards, B1gJake
Maybe Rick hoped the CBA would back off but obviously they haven't. They want their money back or a good percentage of it. They got fed up of the can being kicked into the long grass.
Well good luck in your future endeavours. Having had a brief look through the Chapter 11 procedure I am still optimistic of a positive outcome here. Time will tell.
So were the original shares not consolidated or anything?
I don't know the full Trin story. What detail do you have? I guess I will be spending a few hours looking into Chapter 11 bankruptcy now. It's all my fault for topping up yesterday! :0)
Hello No1Scarlet, I did think that if we could get the required 5% then we could let JC know what we were up to.
I couldn't agree more. I have written your holding down. If we get to half the amount required then I shall look into doing a WhatsApp group or similar.
As I said a while back. Even my cat could turn this company round from this point. They want their money back. Surely a simple repayment plan based on the current level of income can be worked out?
Well so far I have had 1 person show an interest in combining shares and bringing about an EGM. That would suggest to me that everyone else is very happy with the way the company is being run and with the abundance of information being shared with us about such things as WF etc. :o) I have set up a gmail account for those who might be a bit wary of speaking publically about what shares they may have. If we can get a group of us with a combined shareholding of 5% plus then we may be able to force an EGM and get some answers from management about what is going on with the company. Personally I would like to know more about WF and if it has been suspended, was a big failure or is beginning to show signs of life. I know they can't let us in on what is going on with the CBA. That would have to be RNS'd. But as a shareholder you have a RIGHT to know more of what is going on with YOUR investment. BTW I am a total noob at this kind of thing but I am willing to put the time in to get some answers. hawkishhawkers@gmail.com
0.12 that was with an alleged discount from the ask of 0.13!
Agreed mariog so I have just topped up though most trades today appear to be sells.
