A company trading on an exchange has no bearing whatsoever with it's internal regulatory compliance. Private or public makes no different to compliance. You either are or are not.

But please do try to explain why a listing on AIM would mean they wouldn't comply with their financial regulation obligations?

Lionsgold is in process of changing name to Tally LTD. Tallymoney LTD is owned by Lionsgold (Tally) LTD and not to be confused and used interchangeably.

Tallymoney is register with companies house in UK, while Lionsgold can be found on the Guernsey register.

Like you I wrote off my money here last year. Though it's one thing writing it off and never hearing from the company again compared to writing it off and keep getting carrots dangled to entice you to believe it's coming back! I mentally wrote it off as then I'm prepared to never see it again, but of course like all here I would like it back, especially with a little profit! After my little scare last week if this does relist I'm taking the money as soon as and spending it on a trip somewhere for me and my family. I really am done with shares apart from my SIPP and company pension, and they are all long term holds I ain't gotta worry about!

I never have filtered anyone, as all you do is put yourself into an echo chamber where you only see posts of things you want to read, like Ramps.
