From my understanding they need to get CICC posited ASAP now my way of thinking would be get gold back with a new sp reflecting the assets value, CICC lists which will then reflect the value of the gold asset the list the rest but he who knows what's going on. I'm not one to promote other shares here but I would seriously look at 88E and get in at the so level that's due to explode shortly and also EDL just about to become derisked they have loads of coal which could be worth up to 5p sp so getting in now will see extremely health returns . It's understandable people are getting annoyed money's tied up in here and let's face it no one knows what's going on really! You have a group of very Wealthy individuals who hold all the cards! So the meeting was given the green light so where the news of listing! Maybe it's being put off till CIC Capital lists! I think there a lot who speak to the bod on a regular bases but aren't wise for it! I think personally if I knew it would take this long then I think I may not of put so much in here and dumped it all in 88E but I still go off the faith that Marianne had every time I spoke to her she said that things take time. I also get the feeling that there's a lot of wealthy Chinese side that have Invested and if this CICC doesn't list think some of the bod may want to leave lol!

There nothing more anyone can add regarding progress or listing I think it's best you ring the BOD. During listing/ authentication the boards are looked at by FCA so no one in the right mind would give information out incase it puts a spanner in the works. It's just sit and wait. If you are wanting to get in on a share with real upside look and get in on 88E it has 6p written all over it!

It is in prior RNS's how the company is structured and they all run though CICC. Can you confirm not being holder why you are so interested in this stock. I have also not confirmed what you are trying to suggest. Read prior releases you have also been advised prior that if you want to discuss the corporate structure to ring the BOD yet you don't!.

Guys the hole listings are out of the BODs hands until the green light is given for CICCapital fund then the other to can't list as they need the money from fund. From what I beleve the model for CICFuel means it will still be making profit even at the low price so if they could it would be listed. Half of me is thinking that the reason the FCA and the rest of them are taking so long is because it's a chinease company!

You seem awfully concerned with a stock that your not in. CICFund is an investment vehicle and is one to investors on its Chinese subsidiary that's open knowledge that's been discussed on the boards for the last 15months. Don't start trying to amply things!!!!!! You want answers to a stock that your not in make the effort and go the mile!

I'm the same pal but what can you do? The only thing that may happen is that few original investors may want to walk away to try and make quicker returns somewhere else. But do you take that chance, there's a lot of cash come in to CICFund so someone's seen something! I'm waiting for Sino to list then I'll assess my portfolio we are intergrated in to Sino but it's more I depended yet they want us to ipo them the guy that owns it is a billionaire if them sort of individuals didn't have faith then they would go with some other organisation. SB has always said that the real wealth / lift will come when CIC find comes on board how that will transpire I don't know but somethings happening! What I do feel and I understand s there needs to be more transparency and currently there isn't much! CIC fuels I think there's a Saudi connect there but same gain only bit of digging can find anything on that! If the CIC model is away of realising vast wealth of Chinese individuals and we make money then it's worth the ride. One area that I think is missed is these guys are cash rich SB could of retired years ago living the millionaire life styal instead he puts his own money up and own what some 27%+ of the company, no person would do that unless there was big upside!!! I never had the pleasure of meeting Mirianne but I spoke to her few times on the phone and she had the up most respect and beleath of what the BOD was doing and from what I gather she had big some invested. So we wait and see.

Ok so until CICCapital/fund lists the others can't as they need money from the fund. It seems to be that the reason the 2 divi's were mentioned was because it shouldn't take that long and it's taking bit longer than normal but the BOD are determined to get all listed ASAP it is frustrating but we will get there!

If still nothing next week I'll make a call, there doesn't seem to be any reason for not releasing the divi companies, would that have an impact on the listing of CICCapital I don't know what's people's thoughts ?

Why don't you have some respect for the shareholders here? You aren't invested here put have motives to slam the company bod at every given opertunity!

The issue is the non-shareholders that post the negative dribble aren't interested in the genuine people who have held out to invest, there motive is to try and trash the company and try and change investors minds, they work for Boiler houses and other well know idiots who have pod chats!!! there motive is trash deflect cash in!

As a share holder I like to get as much knowledge as possible. What I can advise is it seems you have some concerns I suggest you ring the bod. One the other hand there's been several accusations that Cicg has bought a field with nothing in it have you read the report about the asset. That calms nervous. I do get quiet confused while none investors are so concerned.

My understanding fund was heavily over subscribed with Chinese investors and it had up of 30mill in August so not sure what it may hold now

I've now found out it's the FCA that are asking for additional information the bod are frustrated as we are but we will get there. The company is in full cooperation and they could get the OK anytime!!!

Morning all, Ive looked at few comments from yesterday and i think people are missing the picture a little- It doesn't matter if CICCapital have the assets, if they release them through CICG , they are proved up and sold, investors will benefit in several department- CICCapital holders will get and increase in SP CICGold will get and increase in SP and special dividend will be issued to holders!!!!!! Why CICCapital is taking so long to list- UKLA is very strict and only going through procedures. The prospectus needs to be excepted. It is frustrating for holder but lets hang on in there we will be rewarded. Now for the trolls it must hurt knowing that they have land that has significant resource ( NOT GREEN FEILD lol!).
