Yes it is frustrating. Maybe news will arrive before AGM otherwise why bother having one there's nothing to talk about.

I understand the frustration but I don't have any answers, while listing is in process the companies have to be very careful about they put out. However I do share your frustration and it is dragging on. I have a lot of cash tied up in here as do a lot of us and if I knew it would take this long then maybe I wouldn't of got in when I did. My only concern is that I just don't what to be left in a situation like lot of companies are doing to investors where it is dilute then consolidate which then wipes existing share holders out, TRP many of us in there are buggered we would need £2 an sp jus to get our money back and the BOD don't give a toss. However CIC Group/ is different I have a lot of trust in SB and other bod members and I do t think they would let us down. Also if we lost so would SB big as he's a majors shareholder of Capital. I will take on board that things have been out of the BODs hands and go with the flow with it well at least till November. If we are still in the same situation by then think it will be a plane ticket over and see what's happening.

Unless the Bod pull some massive news out with some real potential, where investors might have a chance of getting there money back no one in there right mind would invest here, investors have been skinned/ drained and running for the hill. Sp is tanking as investors have lost a fortune and want to try and recoup the heavy losses somewhere else can you blame them.

I understand wheels are in full motion would benice to here of resource news!! List news obviously and anything else is a bonus!.

Who knows what's going on, they would need one hell of a major find for a lot of shareholders to have a chance of getting there cash back let alone making any type of profit!!!! And they can argue all they like the fact is they've be around for years now and generated jack all of share holder value. Think they should take note on how Dave Wall interacts with the market/ shareholders and take some of that on board.

If they are interested then strap your seats ready for a good few £100m and that could be way off 1bill would be nice lol!

I know it's sounds, there is deffinitly big resources there, I think the majors will be sniffing all over this. I wouldn't be surprised if they offer seriously shed loads of cash to purchase this off us.

Well that's took bit of reading. Think it's positive that CICFUND will provide all financial backing. Does look like a small consolidation has happened which I don't think will be much to share holders on there bonus shares. It will be interesting at what price it will come back at seeing it's a larger much large company now.
