Morning all, i see TW has done some startling attacks again on the company now basically saying that they've done a runner with the money and theres nothing left part from a corrupt BOD.

Guys I'm confused a little so could someone answer this we've had our holdings diluted have the BOD had theres ???

From my understanding CICFund will provide the capital for the rest of the listings but can't do that till it lists so money has been raised for working capital in order to get cic gold back until CICFund can list Cic gold could list fairly quickly now!

So that's that then share holding virtually wiped out. One thing I've learnered is the BOD of companies will also make sure that there ok! What gets me is that every time you speak to the company there very in your face over what people say and doing a lot of justifying but hey they have still no success. Can anyone confirm that once the consolidation happens will the BoDs hate holding be effected I'll have to look at the news feeds? Does anyone know if the BOD are paid bonus's? Are they suplied with company vehicles?, do they get pension contributions from the company?

That's a bit strong to say we have lost our money! I think it's just politics and time frames just keep going out the window, that's why I think the BOD are being quiet, also remember SB owns some 27% of the company if we loose he looses big. If I'm still on the same position by end of September I'll be booking a plane ticket to the office! I have an awful lot tired in here. It's a shame that we are in a position that we are in but there's nothing more we can do. I am aware of the regulatory BODs doing the same to none Chinese outfits so on that I take it that the listing isn't being held up because of the Chinese base but it must be something else as well.

With how slow the regulatory Bodies are being i think we could be looking at the second part of the year for CICC to list. If the Bod of CICG choose to wait till CICC lists then maybe the same time scale but don't think it will be anytime soon, i hope I'm wrong.

Hi Pal no I meant from the shareholders meeting everything went through fine, as for anything else no I'm still in the dark as the rest of us. As stated below I can't understand why Cicg can't issue news or comeback unless they are waiting for CICCapital

Well the BOD are going to have to issue news shortly this going to get a bit silly now, everything is passed so wha are they waiting for the only thing is are they waiting for CICC to list who knows????? But onething they can't just leave this in limbo for no reason!

Your new at this here's some advise there is nothing positive about this stock or Chang nook stay well away from here you will loose all your money and the BOD don't even have the decency to ring investors back!!!! Also you have stated there's positive news regarding this share can you supply this info as there isn't any so I don't get you and your motive!

Guys I strongly suggest if you are concerned you need to pick up the phone and ring the BOD they would be more than happy to speak to you. There's lots of things that are out of the BODs control and part of me thinks the issue is that the regulators are doing some serious check because it's a chinease company with wealthy backers. Remember the has always been an issue with wealthy being able to get there money out, vehicle is away of them investing out of there country! Also remember our BOD own thinks 27% of the company look around on the market there aren't many comes where the puts up there own cash, point is if the company doesn't list we loose and the BOD lose a sh+t load and they won't, let's keep the faith we will be ok.

Same old story a cross a host of shares dilute and then consolidate. It would nice to see how much the founder has taken out over the many years and what type of pensions they all have. Th lack of success the company has had is concerning and now with a consolidation!!!! nothing more to say!

What's baffling is that we have our original investment, that gets delisted/ hopefully put on main market, then get divi inform of CICG that get's suspended sofar we don't have anything lol! See they could continue to list Cicb cics, cicv and say these are all divi's but then still until the main investment comes back the value of the divi's will still be less than what our original holding is worth. I don't personally see why they can't issue news on Cicg but there again there all linked and in order for them to get cash from CICFund they need to list! Just ignore it all I've just had **** day I'll be more positive tomoz
