As Che mentions, the last para is key;

So 2 things;
1, our existing LNG contract is in place for 2 more years on Ortoire but PB hinted he was in discussions to review this to allow for greater exploration acceleration which would increase the governments take, so they have a reason to listen.
2, in the past there was only one buyer, so this made it very hard to negotiate hard, now there are 3 players (BP n Shell) in the market LNG can be more realistically priced, going from current US$2.5 to around $US7.5
clearly this change would be game changing for TXP, the existing 2025 plan would be completely rewritten with this king of cash inflow :-)
