Someone saying war doesnt have an impact on the company but price up on ASX today, seems happened when the news of the 10 days war pause was released.

Please allow me to ask a stupid question: if a buyout happens, lets say 50p or hopefully more, what the actual realistic SP will be ?

Do you expect to be very close to the bid or some percentage below?

Question: The change of royalty was aimed, started for ALL and similar lithium companies or was more for other minerals, more expensive such gold ?

Maybe investors are very cautios these days of red market and waiting the agreement with Ewoyaa to become official.

I am just surprised why sellers, and I think we are talking about private ones, would sell 24-48 hours prior an important catalyst/news.

Unless they do not have a deep knowledge of the upcoming milestone.

I was expecting some fomo these days but what I see is the opposite. ASX just opened with drop of 7,5%. Maybe 40% of LI news is already priced in ?

For disclosure, I am for the long term investement, as I hold ALL in 3 different accounts with diff av price.

I dont know why I received a message that cannot have more than 101,828 shares, I took a screenshot but am not able to post it here. Weird. Anyway, I bought in Invest where my average is higher.

Just nibbled more shares at this price and realized that T212 ISA does not allow you to have more than 101k shares.

If I am not wrong when recently SP hoovered between 0,40 and 0,38 on ASX, it was a bit lower on LSE, not the equivalent with the exchange.

We might have a nice buying opportunity tomorrow on LSE.

SP after Rat? Is it too conservative 25 to 30?
