If I want buy as cheap as possible, lets say 1 p above the current bid, I d wait till the end of the 6 months, assuming no other bids have come through.

The idea is to not give time to other companies to counter bid your offer.

It might be obvious for many but i just realized.

Unfotunately means waiting, if it happens.

I am still surprised of no interviews yet.

@JackB14 its funny lately many have mentioned the uprising of SAV.

When I first mentioned in this chat 2 months ago, I was shut down abruptly from the Guru of this board.

At that time sp was between 3,2 and 4.

And I am no expert at all, I just was to share what I thought was a good stock.

But if we sell before the aquisition, there will be the AIM spread in addition.

So, if we dont sell and reach the day of the buyout, our ALL shares will be sold automatically and our broker will exchange them in cash in our account at 18.8 sp ?

I apologize if I am missing some basic fact but is it possible that when the previous bids, up to the very latest ones, were refused because ALL was expecting full support from Elevra? And maybe now they are fishing for a higher bidder or partner?

Because I havent given up completely.

Like someone already mentioned we shifted too quickly from full potential to head wind.

Also the 6 months timing, it might imply to give time to other companies to bid higher.

Surely if there wont be any other bids or inrerviews, I will start thinking of brown envelope.

At least SAV is giving me some joy.

Hello KMBXXX, I am afraid will be just able to welcome you to this forum. I am probably the least to answer to your queries. I am an investors as well since 2023, with different accounts and average price. This forum has several bright minds and passionate investors where you can learn from. The Company is from Australia and wheather or not they want to run it or sell it, it has a great potential. Many of us are waiting for a buyout. Years ago, prior ratification, it was offered for 0,33 gbp, so now it values more.

Initially I thought war had an impact on the sp.

But looking and recent market rebounds, seems like we all are waiting for next catalyst, FID, takeover.

I am surprised why big institution have not buy after rat. Probably waiting for fid.

What do you mean? Good or bad news wont be reflect on ALLIF sp ? Personally I am not invested, just to understand.
