Fantastic chance for both oilees and HMG to raise revenues over coming years. Such a cut would attract companies to invest, get the black stuff out of the ground, make greater profits, more tax to Hmg......no brainer IMO

Budget news would also make this a sound t/o target?

Is there a leak on the reversal of HMG tax on North Sea?

This one's a real slow cooker just like CNR. Time being taken to build up proven assets IMO
