Takeover bid price was around 5.7p if I'm not mistaken. Never thought we'd get the chance to top up below this level again as imo Almonty put in a cheeky low bid to test our resolve. Have not been able to resist at this price and coupled with the facility to be able to put into an ISA is great news. The raising of funds had to come, but so will the approval for the mine, jobs for the locals and with the market price of tungsten relatively strong this has to be a buy at this point?

I think that they would prefer to go it alone. Orm had intended to sell off an asset to raise some finance, but that did not proceed. I guess the best way and least risky would be a joint venture, with a partner coming in to assist with finance, mining and marketing of product? Just imo though

Tungsten one of the metals to have not been hit so hard as other commodities. Very limited supply and much needed for many industries. The unsolicited offer, in my opinion will have brought this coy to the attention of a wider audience. If any bidder gets near to being accepted, in my opinion we might see a bidding war. Rare commodity, much needed by US and China, mining friendly country needing the employment and revenues. Makes sense to be in at this sp imo

I think we'll see the permit granted over the next few weeks and then it's just the finance. Weak offer last Friday was as they said opportunistic. I think even 10p would have undervalued this company and its well sought after asset. Just read an interesting article on tungsten over on THR bb.......

Takeover has been on my mind so been topping up recently. Undervalued Tungsten asset, bearing in mind the value of this rare commodity has been holding up quite nicely......unlike some others?

The company has stated that it has signed a non-binding agreement to borrow $20m at 12%...and I guess it is when/if this deal is done, that is critical here. I think investors are nervous, but once the deal is done it should recover a little.

Positive RNS surely is due on the action to be taken with their cash balances. Possibility of new contracts? Changes following re-structuring and cost-cutting? Perhaps they might just be starting to get things right and longstanding pi's on the road to getting some cash back?
