Once BHP are out of the lock in period and the general market sentiment is different ( ie everyone's portfolio heading south perhaps ) then I feel there will be the strong out-muscling the weak to get this.

And there will be those sitting on the side lines, bit like passengers on a plane waiting for the doors to be closed. The doors being closed relates to the CV19 progress. We wait patiently for the RNS.
Meanwhile at the rear of the plane some engineers are busily fitting an Affimer Saturn rocket to the tail. Bit like signing all these deals for the technology, yet to be truly reflected in the sp.

Wiggly...….there will be those in the future who will say that it was pretty obvious how massive the Affimer technology was, when you will look back at all the consecutive deals signed with global big pharmas. They all wanted a slice of the pie.
People will be saying really why didn't I buy at £1.50 when so massive was the opportunity. Just my opinion of course!

Seems like most of the critical land has been purchased? Open pit, mill site, etc so I wonder whether any of the key areas are left to purchase and if it might be these where we could be held to ransom? At what stage do we go down the compulsory purchase route and how long does this take I wonder?

Good shot at predicting RNSs AF...... guesses at the sp more difficult as we will be effected by gold price and general market sentiment coming which imo will be negative. Against this our undervaluation continues to baffle.

They took it to 60p then dropped to fish for long termers. They’ve taken us to 58p then dropped to gather more. They don’t want you holding till £1 as they want your profit. We know that such a large amount of the issued equity is held by the bod and supporters of CNR, plus many long termers here. How else are they going to gain some stock to sell when the toll agreement/2nd hand mill/finance news lands. There weren't many sells at 57p when they pushed the sp higher, so now hoping to gather from pi's who are more risk averse and fear a bigger drop.

£37k of sells with many of them small amounts has not been the way things have been done around here...….ever. So as we approach news as aforementioned, there will be games played. And yes, even a drop of a penny costs some of us '000's but the suits want you to sell so they can re-stock for the gains ahead. Deja vu anyone?

Morning T123, that seems a little coincidental to have the two so close together. I guess we may see some buying later today to confirm people's speculation. Regardless of news, this must continue to move positively as we approach the year end, with something having to give news.....ie funding, tolling, second hand mill, land purchases. Gold continues its march north, so at last we have come closer to the end-game

Shovel ready by the year end, is what MC stated. What comes first, finance or shovels in the ground? Perhaps Rio want an initial entry into Nic via an agreed funding and stake in Condor? Might be that some of our investors want a quicker out than we thought...….at the right price?
