Dow J has opened up 450-540pts down, and ECB is so worried about global turbulence that it's been jolted into a rate cut of 0.25%... it quoted "negative demand shock" with a unanimous decision that action was required.

ECB Cuts Rates - Brilliant news for EZJ, as that gives support in particular for european consumer market. If ECB makes another cut at their next meeting then the situation for EZJ in europe should rapidly stabilize and begin to once again return to growth. Given it takes up to 9months for cuts to take effect stability should happen late summer/early autumn with growth thereafter.
