When will we start drawing on gina's money? Before or after st2?

Chilting, I really wasnt scare mongering. Why would I? I only benefit if the SP rises, and I am not looking to top up.
Those were just relevant question I had on my mind this morning.

I wonder if the Torp's need to be renegotiated after brexit though. Would they currently be governed through eu trade framework? If this no longer applies after brexit, do they need to revisit them and changed to WTO trade framework? Would this increase the cost to the offtakers? Would they accept these?

What surprise me about this share is the sudden movements. We were toddling along on neutral all day, then very suddenly it tanked! It cam back somewhat, luckily. But why are the ups and downs so sudden, and without warning? I am invested in PETS for instance, and that did experience a constant decline over the course of the day. SXX on the other end goes from 0 to looser. Or from 0 to hero. But always without anything to instigate this movement.

thanks for posting the article moniman. I am a little bit sceptical about this but will take it on board. Lets not forget this is a ftse 250 company, that has posted some very encouraging results recently. Makes a profit. Not aim pie in the sky. Potential take over target. I am happy to take the divident, and its way too late to sell, so I can see me keeping these for a very long time, if not forever. Love my pets, I like the stores, so will keep buying in there.

Good. Ultimately they have to buy back. Unless they are counting on the SP to go to 0.
Re financing, what is the worst that could happen. Dilution? Short term pain. Its getting built, so it will produce. So what is we did have 10 billion shares in issue if we have a 10 billion mcap? £1 a share. Still nearly a 3 bagger over say 5 years. Good enough for me.
Re FT article. Yes Poly4 has less K in it, but it but it doesnt need as much, because plants do not grow only on K, and the other ingredients complement the K content. We are probably already putting too much K on the fields anyway.
And I saw a few comments on the FT article that were talking about growing genetically modified plants that dont need nutrients. Looooollll gues what idiot something doesnt come from nothing, the plants still need nutrients to grow, probably more so, because they grow bigger and faster, so need even more of out lovely poly4.

90% of the concerns raised in that article would simply evaporate if we got another torp or two to take us over the line. Who knows, this could happen today. And if yesterday was caused by bond conversion we will know that the drop was nothing to be concerned about. We probably did rattle through quite a few stops yesterday exuberating the result

Yes yes, long term view, but would anyone like to speculate about tomorrow's SP movements? lol. I make a start. I recon it will be very choppy tomorrow first think, SP jumping up and down like crazy. Then, I would really hope to keep above todays closing price, but I am mentally prepared to see another drop. In the past, SXX drops came in pairs and triplets, so it could pull a bit lower. Thats just my feeling. Us LTH's will just have to deal with this, or ignore it. All that assumes that there isnt another TorP RNS tomorrow.

100% debt stage 2 and 42p? I am all for keeping a realistic outlook, but IF debt free stage 2 comes to pass, 42p seems really pessimistic. I'd say 55p, despite the bond overhang.

Deepjoy, today the volume is over 32 million, that that I am sure will jump a lot higher once the late reported trades get counted in in the afternoon.

Remember, volumes of buys and sells indicated on any website, during and after trading, is mostly wrong, incorrect and can be misleading.

I was thinking the same thing. The abrupt drop might be bonds converting, which is something we all knew was going to put a temporary ceiling on the SP until they are gone.

A lot of unfounded scepticism in there. Completely ignores agronomy results, and the quantum of product already forward sold. Ft becomes motley fool.

Are we getting half year results tomorrow? I am down a fair bit on this, but believe in the business. When it was at 130p I thought there is no way this is going lower. Did anyway. The disparity between director, ii buys, and the high short level is so strange, difficult to make sense of it.

Minimal risk? This share had a real potential to go to 0 before pa. And without trying to sound pessimistic, we are still at risk of a serious fall if st2 is not as planned. To take on a loan for this is high risk.

Looks like the rise today is not holding. Will be happy just to stay on the plus side today :(
