LL, what kind of logic is that? His share might be "worthless" now but, his shares will be worth a lot more if he moves forward without dilution. So his main objective will still be the non dilutive method. So my statement is perfectly correct.

CF is a huge shareholder. That alone would suggest to me that everything that can be done for shareholders will be done.

Possible, but really cannot be definitely sure.
Personally I feel the drop is cause by converted shares hitting the market, or possibly by shorting in anticipation of conversion.
Both not necessarily positive signs as clearly someone does not want to keep hold of their share anymore. All just speculation.

It will get built one way or another. The positive or negative outcome for current shareholder depends entirely on how st2 goes down. And that will be decided in the September/October. I had hoped we would have had it sorted by now, but its not as easy as we thought.

Think we are going to drift down around 1% everyday until news. Regardless of how many people say it wont fall below 34p, or they cannot see it go below 30p. It will go there, without news. Most of us have been here before, time and time again.

Shorts up. Obviously a short that was previously just below the threshold has now breached this which makes it look like a big jump even through its not.
Even so, they are definitely increasing.

Maybe we will find a load of CB's will convert in the near future.
