Clearly something he has not done on CPI or he would have bought CPI over SSPG. CPI has after all massively outperformed SSPG.

I am not convinced. The airport serves a purpose to an end which is to get passenger in and out of planes. I dont need the overpriced coffee or the £8 m&m's.

I would avoid SSPG. The reason you go to the airport is to fly with an airline. Purchases at the airport are just a luxury that can easily be cut back on.

I feel like this will start sliding again in the coming weeks. Whilst airlines wont suffer as much when consumers start tightening their belts, SSPG likely will, as you dont need to buy anything at the airport, its a pure luxury.

Dropped back a lot. Way too expensive now. Drop will likely continue tomorrow and erase any temporary gains.

Funny that CPI, vod and ezj have far outperformed sspg so its more likely that savage is even now sitting on a big loss here. Meanwhile I am in nice profits on CPI.

I can tell you that Savage is sitting on big losses in SSPG and GBG :)

And considering CPI has outperformed SSPG by a long margin, I think he secretly wishes he had bought CPI instead of SSPG.

I can only see this going much lower. If airlines were to suffer, this will suffer much worse. If personal finances worsen, travelers are going to the airport to fly first and foremost. Spending cash at the shops will be the least of their priorities.

At the current price, I would not touch SSPG with a bargepole.

QBT is a Gardin gravy train. Nothing more.

If P140 was so special, do you not think that one of the pharmas that have mcaps in the billions would have dropped £33m to just buy IMM. It would be pocket money, but no one is convinced about P140. This is the equivalent to QBT's and their methods.
