It certainly needs to be within the next 3 weeks otherwise we will take a dive I think. Just because we don't want that dreaded dilution rns popping up does not mean we can kick the can further down the road. I think sequence will play a role. If ALL the funding is wrapped up in one rns we might even see a rise. God help us if its just the dilution rns without a hint about the rest.

Milo's calculation assumes 1 bill shares to raise the 500m gbp. If its through dilution you might look at 4 billion additional shares. And that's if we are lucky enough to get the loon share of the funding as planned. The bod only has 3 weeks left to get all of this signed off if it is to be in q1 2019. Cutting it fine again.

Milo, I am no lawyer or financier, but I can still answer the question. The share will be taken from you, weather you want to sell or not. Depending on the circumstances, you may be offered the residual value, shares in the take over company, or absolutely nothing if higher tier stakeholders such as bond holders or debtors have cleared the coffers empty before it's the shareholders turn.

Milo, in the case of flybe, the bod sanctioned the takeover at one penny. Shareholders didn't get to choose.

I am only pointing out that us existing pi's might yet again get a raw deal. If I had 100 years time I might not mind so much. But having already been in here for 7 years I would like to see some tangible sp results.

Milo. Flybe got taken over for a penny. Guess what. Pi's had no choice in the matter and got offered a penny when the sp was 7p. Anyway, that's beside the point as it won't be relevant here.
I also don't think any ii will take part in the 400 to 600 dollar capital raise. I think this will be straight forward equity raise unfortunately. But I have come to terms with that and will just weather the storm. My motto is: when you thinks its going to be bad, it's normally worse

The notion that a share price is being held in a range or being held down, infers there is some higher power exerting such force. There is no such power. Its demand and supply of, in our case mostly pi's.

Never trust the buy/sell figures. They are totally inaccurate. But even if you did, logic would tell you that a 15% drop is not the result of more buyers than sellers.
