Wee observations: we paid £125 at end of April for 14.75% and we've now paid £125K more for 10.25% (forget the deferred share etc:red herring for calcs purposes.) So someone knows something when we're paying a significant premium over Aprils price.

Could have been multiple signings that day. A similar agreement for ADL would hit the mark may...beeeees.

On that second model, if PERT bought into ADL and there was a specific resource identified for development by ADL, the SP would got nuts, and PERT would in effect be able to self fund development from profits.

Anyones guess.

From last director interview, ADL want business model where cash burn is down and revenue increased ASAP. Crit of last board was "too ambitious" for a small cap.....strategy takes too long. BOD want model where regular news maintains SP and investor interest.

Another possible is ADL partner with PERT on a larger resource, where PERT provide staged payments for progress. If that is the case, then its a 2-4 year plan. Otherwise we are looking at dilution to fund exploration and development which I think the BOD will avoid. Possible then PERT buy into ADL as a funding method. Who knows.....but think we'll find out soon.

Wee worry is that we put the current BOD off by giving them heat properly belonging to the past incumbents. Give them a chance and some respect for taking on a lame donkey.

This share could got absolutely anywhere. Through the roof.....orbit.....or through the floor. Anyone's guess!

Maybe ADL, but more likely Siemens PT, Sinar or PP Energi, our strategic partners, will be out shopping, which could put ADL in a fantastic position. Getting interesting.

Looks like ADL may be heading towards a strategic purchase.

Think we are losing that bit that these next few months are about well testing, that is different flow rates will be maintained deliberately to test for pressured drop etc to assess the resource, its nature, extent and volume of oil available.. These few months are not about turning the taps on full pelt for max production.IMHO
