ADL have a s.....te history. Lots of PI money lost in INDO. What is CEO going to do to restore PI value.......three days after consolidation, no news. Are we backing out of INDO? Are we heading for North Sea where experience lies? Need a minor miracle here, and for my money they have five working days..

Small trades, almost like test trades all day for nominal amount of shares. Spread 30% 1p bid 1.3p ask. Volume tiny. But appears MM's may not have shares to sell. Barclays allocation correct, but price wrong, and various on-line sites in various degrees of disarray. In a nut it seems.

Oh well, suppose the delay in the admin will protect the SP and give BOD a chance to get news out meantime.

Feels like we're suspended. Barclays holding adjusted but price not adjusted. No "Sell" button but buy button available. Shambles is the word.

Are ADL shares trading?

Suppose no one, certainly us PI's are sure what's going to happen next. If peeps forget to cancel their sell price, could see a drop as MM's pick those shares up. What is clear is that ADL and Eagle want the SP as high as possible. Watching over the past weeks, not convinced placing shares have moved.......sticky. Guess holder(s) awaiting higher price. At no discount, they too know what's going on. I suspect suspension (short) may be round the corner protecting SP until news is placed on the table. All guesswork.

Looks like MM's want to start of at 1 pence in the morning

as at close of business tonight and placing shares admitted as at 8am in the morning. Couple of bits of news appropriately timed thereafter will show us what ADL is capable of.

Twice number buys than sells and we lose 9%. If that itself is not reason to avoid AIM, then what is. Supply and demand do not work. The supply and demand chain does not rest with buyers and sellers.....but what quantity the MM's have available. The buy/supply chain is with the MM's. High spread equals MM's buying on a short........eg they are selling what they don't have. Anyway......corruption aside......
The bidder can not remove the board or the control of the company of you like....because of the terms of the bonds. If Finland want to insert their own Chair, then they risk the bond holders calling in. Again, the purchase of the bonds is key, not the shares. Watch the bond price. What's the point in buyer shares and increasing shareholding when June 2019 is coming. If bidder is going to insert its own board by summer end, then they need to buy up the bonds.......not the shares. Any interested party would be better employed buying up the bonds. $100 bond currently trading at $65. At the minute debt worth circa £143 M. You'll not see what's going on until its done.DYOR
