Not sure about this NED appointment. Seems to me there is enough high quality M & A specialists on the board already. This character appears to have a significant Chinese connection. I think the declared M & A specialism in the RNS could well be a veil, heavily weighted towards his Russian credentials, but failing to disclose the Chinese connections. Just thoughts.

Supposition: Nomad presented with a scenario by the company, that is material, but very unusual. Nomad does not know the answer immediately, and needs to suspend to research/take advice. Research by Nomad now concluded and trading reactivated. Heavily invested here, but if it was a relatively simple M & A or sale, this scenario would not be evident. Expecting another RNS before open tomorrow, and afraid to say, chances of it being good are well below chances of negative news.
So hope I am wrong!!!!!!!!!!!

For the rum dogs.....can I recommend BrewDogs Rum called "Five Hundred Cuts!". It is excellent and £25 from Tesco, but I think £20 with a club card. There are lots of nice rums out there, but this one, for the money, is fab! I am not connected to this company i any way........except that of course, I buy its rum!
I also have a line in cheap replacement livers if this keeps going!
