Morning Robin
Get what you are saying, but doesn't make complete sense to me in trying to assess what picture is being created, accepting though, that none of us really knows.
I am not sure EUA will need a supply chain per se. Once refined these metals will fly out the door with little effort by EUA. .........and we'd just sell to the highest bidder as we went along. Our new Director is a high fyling financier......so why is he now on our board? He's not a supply chain manager. Read his profile: He's top of the Japanese finance tree. Is EUA borrowing huge amounts of money? Wouldn't have thought so and if that was the reason for the new director, the appointment wouldn't be a NED. (IMHO)
Then there is the opening of an EUA Japan office. Big clue there! Is EUA going to be controlled from Japan?
All suggests, IMO that the deal is done, it involves Japanese interests, likely a consortium driven vehicle, and my guess, is that the whole share capital of EUA is about to be sold.
Wishful thinking, and my opinion only, accepting that none of us know for certain....yet!!
