ODX can manufacture what they want. All it would need is for one of the consortium to place an order with ODX, whether approved by gov or not........more going on here than meets the eye and when gov contract starts we will, I think, find out what ODX have been doing for the past 3 months.

There's always a reason for radio silence. Lets suppose, ODX are manufacturing like wild fire, and have been for months. And suppose in fact they don't want the gov order right now, as there is more profit manufacturing for the private market. And lets say, they don't want that fact known just now either.

Mologic can offer at cost if they so wish, but I don't recall ODX offering manufacture at cost.
