Mr. Steve Nicandros offers to settle the above-styled case on the following terms:
• $?? to be paid in cash upon execution of the agreed settlement;
• A promissory note in the amount of $?? bearing interest at the rate of payable in equal monthly installments of principal and interest, with payments commencing 2023 and continuing on the anniversary of such date until completion of payments;
