BMA, I am, and you're right, I do have positive bias towards KNS despite share price behaving rather modestly for the last 30-ish months. The reason I only respond in this thread and not any other is that LSE is not my primary market and I only own KNOS from all LSE listed companies. I am happy with today's share price performance and hopefully it justifies some of my previous, bit biased comments.

Unfortunately, I don't know whether you can submit questions to the AGM via website/email. I'm very curious how that goes.

Of course they need to comply with DTR & MAR, and they do. Had they not, they'd be subject to sanctions. If you believe Kainos undertakes fraudulent activities, I recommend in strongest possible terms you report them to authorities.

That being said, I'd advise against taking too much liberty in deciding what is/what's not a major contract. That's why I mentioned a market disclosure policy - having that in place would make such a discussion as this one redundant.

BMA, I disagree with you here. There is no lack of transparency, unless Kainos publishes an information policy in which they commit "Henceforth we're going to announce each single contract/contract extension with a net value over XXXX GBP".

Without such policy, we can't really speak of lack of transparency. Unless you'd be willing to say the same thing about the company not making announcements the sorts of "we've lost a Digital Services Dev Ops who's been with us for 3 years and delivered 5 projects in total".

Mind you, being overly-transparent might be equally if not more harmful than making announcements in due time, e.g. during trading updates.

Is anyone even watching Kainos shares anymore? Today's news about strategic sales partnership ("Build on Workday" scheme where Kainos is a leading partner!!) is just huge news and you lot don't seem to even notice.
