I guess he is asserting the idea that hedge funds might pay posters/ board disruptors to discourage buying

Even the 7% bonds are currently yielding 11.7%. So you buy the bonds and short the stock to hedge ( protect ) your potential losses . Added to this you run sell algos to suppress the shareprice and stop it running away. When/ if enough equity buyers over power the sell algos TLW price will rise. If Brent continues its recovery we will be back to 30s soon enough.

Through multiple cross-examinations over years and some posters research I think we do believe him yes. Even if his claims are false there is no doubt some serious interest in Rockhopper by said individual. Why ?

I thought the after hours trades are people with Direct Market Access or trades market maker to market maker.

The 29p this morning I think tells a story as to yesterdays after hours demand.

What metric are you using to determine TLW is overpriced ?

TLW P/E is circa 2.6x

Typical Oil and Gas P/E is circa 11x

Last 3 years typical O&G P/E is circa 8x

The answer could be he is not a multi-millionaire, but wants to become one from Rockhopper, hence the 'all in ' approach.

I know of 1 super wealthy individual who does indeed play with penny shares ( he is also aware of RKH ), there must be a few more out there !
