More importantly are those hedges based on WTI or Brent prices ? I have asked this question before on another oil company and I believe they are on a basket of oil prices. The collars and calls are a floor price so I don't see why they can't use them all up as they see fit. Usually the hedges are quoted in MMbls but in this case they have converted it to bpd. In my mind for a matter of $3 or $4 it might be prudent to use them sparingly or not at all.
